File menu

From the File menu you can carry out the following actions:

• Load a new file

• Import and unload a navigation file

• Save your current project settings

• Manage data files in a playlist

Open

Select to open the Open Project or raw scanner data Windows Explorer dialog. From here you can select a datafile or project to load in Purepoint.

Import Track

Purepoint supports the import of post-processed navigation data to improve point-cloud data accuracy.

Select to import a post-processed .csv navigation file.

Purepoint uses the GPS time tag as the common denominator to match the imported navigation points to the internal positions.

The following fields are mandatory:

• GPS time

• Latitude

• Longitude

• Height delta

UnLoad Track

Select to remove an imported post-processed navigation file from Purepoint.

Save As

Select to save your current Purepoint settings and data file references as a Purepoint project.
